A couple of notes about prior reviews. There has become a hose outside so you can clean off sand (but no mat at major of stairs), and also the fridge looked pretty new and wasn't rusty.
Excellent location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting out to take in evening meal at sunset. Noticed dolphins almost every day! The place was the perfect getaway and we relished coming back to the clean and spacious place after days around the beach! Kasie Posted: three/29/2025

Everything worked, it felt safe, and the location was awesome, nevertheless it's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doorways, the trim, much in the home furniture, and so on.

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Older people who want to travel alongside one another. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not lease it yet again or advise it to an acquaintance.

From the outside, the house looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks in the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price selection. The inside photos have been accurate and everything worked fine.
